This seminar focuses on using
data-based decision-making to select, design, and monitor the
implementation of differentiated instruction strategies. It includes
8 days of team-based
professional development in-services given throughout the year along
with a mutually agreed-upon number of days of onsite instructional
coaching during the implementation and evaluation process.

Learning Faculty Meeting Package
The package includes one to two full-staff in-services a month,
which are designed to be given during faculty meetings. The
in-services are built around
Wiggins & McTighe's
Understanding by Design. During the in-services PLC, grade
level, and/or content area teams will be introduced to the model and
use it to back plan standards-based projects that are to be
integrated into their ongoing curriculum.
