Utilizing the latest research on effective staff development, our team has designed several job-embedded professional development offerings that are built around the professional learning community model. As a member of the National Staff Development Council, we have followed their Standards for Staff Development in creating these packages that are designed to meet your site's specific needs as indicated through the inquiry-based data-driven decision-making process.
In addition, as Cognitive CoachesSM and members the International Coach Federation, we provide high-quality onsite and offsite coaching to support all of these professional development packages because we know what you know: it takes more than a workshop to increase student achievement.
